HOW DO I MAKE A CUSTOM BOX OF CHOCOLATE ONLINE?
Our unique Custom Mix box feature allows you to fill a box with your favorite chocolate flavors. It's just like being in the pardas chocolate store and choosing flavors at the chocolate counter! Check the home page to get started. Select the chocolate you want and we will pack and ship it fresh to your door.
DO PARDAS CHOCOLATES CONTAIN DAIRY PRODUCTS?
ALL of our chocolates are manufactured on a 100% dairy free facility, all of our chocolate is certified kosher pareve.
DO PARDAS CHOCOLATES CONTAIN ALLERGENS?
Pardas Chocolate products may contain peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat or soy. Although we realize that this may disappoint some of our customers who suffer from food allergies, the safety and well being of all customers is our top priority.
There is ingredient labels on all of our gourmet chocolate products.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Pardas Chocolates has designed our shipping process to ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible to your specified location. To make a change or cancel your order, please contact customer service at 718 246 2813 within 12-hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

For purchases made on pardaschocolates.com, your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather, to delight you and those that receive our chocolate! We don't accept returns or exchanges. If it gets damaged or any order error, please contact Customer Care for a prompt and courteous replacement.
